About Regina Fasold
I am a Swiss-licensed psychologist, an ICF-certified Executive Performance Coach (PCC), and a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Coach.
My career began in business, where I earned an MBA in Business & Economics and served as a corporate executive. Those early years gave me firsthand insight into organizational dynamics, leadership pressure, and what it takes to succeed in complex environments.

Motivated by a deeper interest in human behavior and communication, I later pursued formal training in psychology and led a private practice. This work strengthened my ability to understand people at a behavioral and emotional level - insights that now inform many aspects of my coaching.

Not long after working in private practice, I was pulled back into the corporate world and became one of the early Executive Coaches — long before coaching was widely recognized.
For more than twenty years, I’ve partnered with global leaders and organizations to strengthen clarity, authority, executive presence, and promotability. I have guided many leaders into senior and C-suite roles by developing their communication, presence, and interpersonal awareness that build trust at every level of the organization.
I specialize in supporting leaders through major transitions, promotions, and organizational change. My approach is direct, supportive, and grounded in measurable outcomes. I work closely with leaders to identify what’s holding them back, strengthen the capabilities that matter most, and ensure they are seen, trusted, and ready for the next level of leadership.
